Eligibility:

Open to wedding guests aged 18 and over.

Submission of photos/videos must be from weddings conducted by Simple Weddings celebrants. Submission Guidelines:

Photos/videos must be original content captured by the entrant.

By entering, you grant Simple Weddings the right to use, publish, and share your submission for promotional purposes across all media.

Ownership & Rights:

Entrants retain ownership of their submissions but grant Simple Weddings a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content.

Personal Information:

Your personal information will be added to our database and may be used for future communications regarding our services.

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Voting & Prizes:

Voting is open to the public, and the winner is determined by the highest number of votes.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Disqualification:

Simple Weddings reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Liability:

Simple Weddings is not responsible for any technical issues or damages related to participation in this competition
